Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused resin, molds, or pigments in their original containers to ensure they are not damaged or leaked during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
